Play with the natural flow of watercolor to create loose winter botanical paintings featuring evergreens, berries, pine cones, and other seasonal elements. Beginner-friendly and designed as a relaxed evening of experimentation, this workshop is a chance to try watercolor without needing to bring your own supplies or experience. You'll leave with multiple small, finished paintings.

Participants will be able to purchase food and beverage throughout the class from the JB Duke Hotel’s Lobby Lounge menu. Parking is available in the garage, and you will receive a pass/validation in the class.
What’s Included
All painting supplies are provided, including professional-quality Winsor & Newton watercolor paints, Fabriano Studio cold-press watercolor paper, brushes, and other materials needed for the workshop. A selection of brushes and supplies will be available to borrow during class, so you can simply show up and paint.
Mats will also be available for purchase if you'd like to finish and display your painting right away.

By purchasing this workshop, you agree to the Class Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy, as follows:
Enrollment is limited in my classes and workshops, and your participation is important to me. Once you have enrolled, I am counting on you to attend.
If the instructor or venue cancels a class, you will receive a full refund. Please allow a few days for processing. Students will be contacted by email for class cancellations
If you wish to withdraw from a class that has not been canceled by the instructor or venue, you must provide a written request to hi@sia.studio at least one week before the scheduled start date of the class. You may receive a full refund as a gift card to the sia.studio shop OR a refund to the original payment method minus a 5% processing fee. Please allow a few days for processing. You may also transfer a class enrollment to another person at any time - have that person give me the name used when purchasing the workshop when they arrive.
